Return Conditions

  • Original condition — no physical damage beyond normal unboxing

  • Original packaging required
  • Custom-configured laptops are eligible

How to Return

2 Open a support ticket — select “Return Request”
3 Include order number and reason for return
4 We'll send a return label within 1–2 business days

Refund

Once received and inspected, refund processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
