How long does the battery actually last with normal everyday use?
With my typical workload — web browsing, video calls, documents, and streaming music — I consistently get around 6 to 7 hours on a full charge. If you are running heavier applications like multiple VMs or intensive Chrome usage with lots of tabs, expect closer to 4 to 5 hours. The 53Wh battery is solid for this price range and it charges reasonably fast with the included 65W adapter.
Can this laptop handle video editing? I use DaVinci Resolve for YouTube videos.
I edit photos in Lightroom and do casual video work in CapCut and it handles both without issues. For DaVinci Resolve specifically, the Ryzen 7 5700U and 32GB RAM will handle 1080p editing and color grading smoothly. For 4K footage you will want to use proxy workflows which is standard practice anyway. The integrated Radeon Vega graphics handles timeline previews fine. It is not a dedicated GPU workstation, but for YouTube content creation at 1080p it is more than capable.
What comes included in the box when it ships?
In the box you get the laptop itself, a 65W power adapter with DC charging cable, a quick start guide, and a warranty card. Windows 11 Professional comes pre-installed with a valid license. There is no bloatware or trial software cluttering things up which I really appreciated. Just a clean Windows installation ready to go.
How does the warranty actually work if something goes wrong?
The standard warranty is 1 year covering parts and labor. You can extend it to 2 or 3 years during checkout which I would recommend for business use. If something goes wrong you contact their support team and they arrange return shipping both ways at no cost to you. I had a minor question about a driver issue and got a response from their support in under 2 hours. They walked me through the fix quickly. For a newer brand, the support experience has been better than what I have gotten from Dell or Lenovo in the past.
Is the display color-accurate enough for photo editing and graphic design?
The 15.6 inch IPS panel has good color accuracy for the price. It covers approximately 72 percent NTSC which is comparable to laptops costing two to three times as much. For casual photo editing, social media content, and general design work it looks great and the colors are consistent across viewing angles. If you need 100 percent sRGB coverage for professional print-ready color-critical work, you would want to pair it with a calibrated external monitor. But for the vast majority of creative work this display is more than adequate.
