- Motherboard, processor, RAM, storage defects
- Battery (if below 80% within warranty)
- Keyboard and trackpad malfunctions
- Port failures (USB, HDMI, audio)
- Built-in speaker and mic defects
✗ Not Covered
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, impacts)
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software issues (viruses, OS corruption)
