1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NXTCORE website (nxtcore.tech) and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Pricing

NXTCORE sells laptop computers built with brand-name components. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors in product listings.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in your selected currency (USD, CAD, EUR, or GBP) and include the base configuration. Prices may vary based on selected configuration options such as processor, memory, storage, and display upgrades. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or a comparable alternative.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payment information is processed securely through PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our return policy.

4. Shipping and Delivery

NXTCORE offers free shipping on all laptop orders. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. NXTCORE is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.

5. Returns and Refunds

90-Day Return Policy: You may return your laptop within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition with all accessories, documentation, and packaging included.

To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] or through our contact page. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid for expedited delivery upgrades.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Warranty

Standard Warranty: All NXTCORE laptops come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Extended warranty coverage (2-year for $49 or 3-year for $79) is available at checkout. The warranty covers:

• Hardware defects including motherboard, processor, memory, and storage failures
• Display defects including dead pixels exceeding manufacturer thresholds
• Battery defects resulting in capacity below 80% within the warranty period
• Keyboard, trackpad, and port malfunctions

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear. Software issues, including operating system problems, are not covered unless directly caused by a hardware defect.

To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide troubleshooting assistance and, if necessary, arrange a repair or replacement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the NXTCORE website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NXTCORE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. User Accounts

You may create an account to track orders and manage your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXTCORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
