NXTCORE offers free standard shipping on every laptop order to the United States and Canada. No minimum purchase required, no promo codes needed. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery times begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
These are estimates and may vary depending on carrier logistics, customs processing (for Canadian orders), weather, and other factors beyond our control.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified by email when your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your NXTCORE account.
If your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier.
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs inspection and import duties. Any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the Canadian government are the responsibility of the recipient. NXTCORE does not collect or prepay these fees.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. NXTCORE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately before the order ships.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes due to the size and value of laptop shipments.
All laptops are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged:
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days and we will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
For returns of defective or damaged products, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For non-defective returns within our 90-day return window, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. See our Refund and Return Policy for full details.
