Refund and Return Policy

At NXTCORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward refund and return policy designed to give you confidence when buying a laptop from us. Please review the following terms carefully.

90-Day Return Window

You may return any laptop purchased from NXTCORE within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the product meets our return conditions. We believe 90 days gives you more than enough time to evaluate whether your new laptop meets your needs.

  • The return window begins on the date the product is delivered to you.
  • To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The laptop must be in its original condition, free from physical damage, scratches, or dents that were not present at delivery.
  • All original accessories, cables, chargers, documentation, and packaging must be included.
  • The product must not have been modified, disassembled, or altered in any way.
  • Software installed by the customer does not affect return eligibility, as devices are restored to factory settings upon return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned laptop, we will process your refund. Here is what to expect:

  • Inspection of the returned product is completed within 3 business days of receipt.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your laptop arrives defective or damaged during shipping, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you the choice of:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • A replacement unit shipped to you at no additional charge.
  • A repair under warranty at no cost to you.

Please report any defects or shipping damage within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team with photos of the issue.

Warranty Returns

All NXTCORE laptops come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. Extended warranty (2-year or 3-year) is available at checkout. Warranty claims are handled separately from our return policy:

  • Standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase (or up to 3 years with extended warranty).
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, liquid spills, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
  • To file a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Products returned after the 90-day return window has closed (warranty claims are still honored).
  • Products with physical damage caused by the customer.
  • Products that have been disassembled or had components replaced by unauthorized parties.
  • Shipping costs for non-defective returns (customer is responsible for return shipping).

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund with no fees.
  • Orders cancelled after shipment will need to follow our standard return process once the product is delivered.
  • If you refuse delivery, the order will be treated as a return once the product is received back at our facility.
